Experiencia fantástica: I am so thankful I came across Sage Fitness when I was looking for a personal trainer. As soon as I signed up, Sage reached out to me immediately, inquiring about what fitness goals I had. When I informed him I was looking to get back to the basics in the gym after taking an extended amount of time off due to an injury, he was understanding that I was nervous about making the injury worst while working out. He recommended he pair me with trainer Alessandro, as he was knowledgable about physiotherapy, musculoskeletal system, and how to power through after having some gym setbacks. Alessandro helped me get back to a point where I was feeling comfortable again in the gym, and I never experienced any pain during or after our sessions. I can now workout without fear of making matters worst to my shoulder/neck and it's all thanks to him. Thank you Sage and Alessandro, and I highly highly recommend Sage Fitness no matter what your fitness goals are.

Experiencia fantástica: Personal training at an amazing price! And the trainer actually gets most of the profit, unlike big box gyms. Beautiful space with new equipment, free parking, and complimentary water and coffee. Every time I walk in there I feel good about myself and it's private while still having one or two sessions so you still have that social motivation. Can't say enough good things!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoy working out at Sage Fitness Group. The place is new, clean and refreshing. The trainers are amazing, they invest in your success. This studio is a hidden gem. I used to not like exercising and because of this studio I actually love it and look forward to my workouts.
