Experiencia fantástica: Best crossfit box in town. People are friendly and owners are pretty cool too. They have changed their workout program which I really like. I have even taken my daughter from time to time. Also gotta visit Olympic weightlifting coach Galust, he is a rare find that teaches you correct movements and is a cool guy to talk to about the good old days.
