The monthly membership is affordable as well.

I talked with the owners about what type of workouts I was interested in and they set me up with Dennis. His training style is always challenging, diverse & after every session I leave feeling stronger and closer to my fitness goals. He will also help you achieve your fitness goals safely which is the best part! Highly recommend! Plus, the gym itself has a ton of great equipment and is always spotless!

Clean, professional, state of art equipment and great trainers! I train with Nikita and he is always trying to structure workouts for my physical condition and limitations. Maybe most importantly, it is a fun vibe, good music and friendly people!
