Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym. I have had some experience with local crossfits and this is by far the best. Lyman is an excellent coach and it really is a "go at your own pace" atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone with varying fitness levels.

Lyman and his team are friendly, knowledgeable, and give you personal attention and encouragement during workouts. They are also extremely concerned about safety and take great care in teaching proper technique and modifications. I absolutely love this place and am excited to see more results!

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite thing about CrossFit Immense is that it has become a community I love being a part of. There is a range of people at all different places in their fitness and health journeys, because the coaches are great at making every workout accessible to meet anyone's needs. I also love being surrounded by strong people that can help push me. The coaches and many of the athletes are always actively learning, so there's plenty of information about nutrition or improving lifestyle habits if that's something you're interested in. Mostly I feel incredibly lucky to have found a place I love to be, and for the friends I've made over the last couple years here.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best place for crossfit, owner Lyman is so nice. I and my wife had some payment and set up issue on their app, every time ask him question was a quick response and very paitient. All class are intense and motivate. I like their WOD, my wife likes the equipments and high ceiling industrial box that can vent out all her stress everytime. People in this club are nice and always say hi and encourage each other. Impressive!

I came in a year ago needing a life change and found a team environment full of positive attitudes, encouragement towards my goal to be a stronger human, great coaching, and a different workout every day! Owners are great people who lead by example and support their members each time I walk through their door. I’ve watched them modify workouts one on one with folks (myself included), allowing each individual to participate at a level that is appropriate for their ability, age, fitness level, injury status etc.

Each person in the class introduced themselves and openly shared how much they loved this gym. The programming hits all aspects of CrossFit from Olympic lifting, gymnastics, isolated lifts, and cardio. Would definitely recommend this gym for any new or old timers for CrossFit! Family atmosphere with frequent meetups outside of the gym, and great group of travelers that are there for each other to cheer on at competitions. I've been an off and on member of big box gyms for years, and while I find great utility in them, CFI has given me so much more than I could ever have found in those gyms. Community is a loaded word, but through the community I've found here I've found a better understanding of health, fitness, nutrition, and overall discipline in my life. It hasn't just been my 'physical shape', but I've come to be in the best 'mental-shape' of my life. Everyone here is willing to hear you, talk to you, understand and help you. If you want to plug in to having 50-100 new friends, that all want to see you get better, (in all aspects of your life), then join Crossfit. Specifically join Crossfit Immense if you're so lucky. It's a truly special place. This landscape has started with the owners and coaches, and worked its way down to the members. Bravo to what you have built.

Experiencia fantástica: Great CrossFit box. Let's you grow and has effective workouts. Lymon also does not let you go wild and try too heavy lifts, etc., If you're not ready. He makes sure there are as few injuries as possible.

The owners Lyman and Kelsey are so easy to learn from & with and the environment is the best I've ever experienced. Kids are weldome too I should add- Kelsey loves hosting kid crossfit day camps during summer. I've made a TON of friends, and I can truly say the best part of my day is when I'm there. Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing! Been coming for almost a year now. Incredibly supportive trainers and I have made great friends to work out with. The best part about this gym is the balance the trainers give you by making it totally ok to go light some days, or the option to go hard on others depending on how you feel. Safety and avoiding injuries is highly stressed. Theres absolutely no pressure here, but at the same time theres a ton of encouragement and motivation to challenge myself. Its the best of both worlds. Highly recommend!

Before signing up I had absolutely no experience with CrossFit nor strength training. It has been a great experience and so much better than a typical gym. The workouts are challenging, well-balanced, and can be modified for intensity. The classes are trainer led which encourages you to push yourself but also to be sure you have proper form. It was a great decision to start CrossFit, but especially at this location. I highly recommend to anyone regardless of level of experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I first tried out Crossfit Immense with the groupon special that they have. I emailed back and forth with Lyman a few times before deciding to give it a try. He always responded quickly and answered my questions, which I really appreciated. The first workout I had was intimidating at first since I had never done crossfit before, but Lyman went through all the moves and made me feel comfortable throughout the class. He always emphasizes making sure you have proper form before moving up in weight. I really enjoy the family atmosphere and encouragement I get when I attend the classes here. Not only are the coaches supportive, like Cana who is great, but they also call you by name and it makes it more personal. I highly recommend this gym if not just for the workouts but for the people as well.
