Experiencia fantástica: This place is a hidden gem! It has made my transition into small town PA so smooth and has definitely turned my time here around! Not only is the gym clean with top of the line equipment, Brittany is an incredible trainer! She is motivating and makes the hardest of classes enjoyable and fun. She is the best of the best! I am already dreading saying goodbye to this gym when I relocate but so thankful I found it!

Always feel like my butt’s been kicked after a class with Coach Britt. Each experience is filled with encouragement and lots of laughter. I never thought I’d genuinely have a great time working out. Highly recommend!
