The people are nice and there is a real sense of community and camaraderie. Brian the owner is extremely knowledgeable and provides one on one training to help you reach your goals. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to join the gym.

I highly recommend the combative class (self-defense) and wish I had taken it earlier in my life. I think EVERYONE would benefit from knowing how how to handle themselves in a scary situation. Experiencia fantástica: I started at this gym a little over a year ago starting out with not working out i’m years. Every trainer at this facility made it a point to help me as well as my family work up to where we are at now! I went from not working out for two years straight to working out every day of the week sometimes doing two workouts a day! This place is an awesome get away and everyone acts as a family! There are many different classes you can try and they also provide private trainings or you can go in and get workouts in on your own time! I have experienced so many different amazing changes in the past year! This is definitely a gym to go to!

I can workout when it is convenient for me and the staff is always willing to guide me through a variety of workouts so as to challenge me. Most of all I love the experience of taking their classes. So far fight-fit has been my favorite. Getting fit was my 50th birthday present to myself. I never thought I would be taking jui jitsu classes or pounding on a heavy bag, but I am and I feel great.

I initially started boxing lessons with Brian during the summer and soon found out they offer personal lessons for service academy candidates and others in the service training for the CFA and PFT. All thanks to Brian and CAPA, I killed my CFA, and received offers of appointment from both the USNA and West Point! Thanks guys and GO NAVY!!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great find out here in Warren, Ohio! Was staying in town for a few days while traveling through, and Brian offered to do a group boxing lesson for us! Most of us were beginners and we all felt incredibly welcomed. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great gym and community to be a part of!

Experiencia fantástica: I have joined many gyms and this is one of the BEST. There is a variety of equipment from free weights to the killer HIIT Mill. I feel comfortable doing my own workout and will join in on the classes. The most awesome part are the members. Unlike other local gyms where I experienced rudeness and judgement, the members and staff here are supportive and respectful regardless of size and ability. .

Experiencia fantástica: Combat Athlete Performance Academy is an amazing gym with great equipment and top notch trainers. The gym has everything you need for a good work out including heavy bags, battle ropes, a tire flips, sled pull, and free weights. I am part of performing group that was stopping through Warren for a show, and Ryan led an amazing boxing class and gave us a day rate to use the facility during our short stay. This gym is in a league of it's own!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing and has so much to offer,and have tons of classes to members for free, and seminars for half off that teach you things you can use in the real world. The fact that this kind of gym is in howland is also really cool. This place is perfect if you want to learn how to fight and get into mma or whatever style like you'd like to become better in. Overall great deal for what's offered, and owner is a vet and the staff and members there are nice and supportive. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Warren, Ohio, briefly while performing on tour and looking for a good workout class. I love high intensity training workouts and Combat Athlete Training hit the spot! Brian was super accommodating and friendly. He taught our group of 6 a private boxing class, and his instruction was clear and fun. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This place is a great find in this small town and also very affordable.
