Experiencia fantástica: Ever since this gym was taken over by new ownership in August 2013, I have had nothing but good things to say. The gym is clean, the staff is friendly. The pool is a definite plus and the locker rooms are kept nice. If you're looking for a club-type gym that isn't crowded with a bunch of people, I recommend this gym!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love to go to the pool after work and do my wellness routine that was made for me after rehab. It really makes a difference for me. I am so very grateful for this time. The pool is usually warm, and I enjoy sitting in the hot tub for a few minutes afterwards. Shaun the owner is friendly and the price is very reasonable. I see all different ages upstairs using the equipment. But the pool will always be my favorite.

Experiencia fantástica: Shawn has put his heart and soul into providing a safe, clean and well-equipped facility. The pool and hot tub provide a relaxing and reinvigorating atmosphere. The facility has great social distancing and yet has a friendly clientele. On top of everything else, it's affordable for families and individuals.
