Experiencia fantástica: As a crossfit gym, you won’t find better! This gym has top level coaches who take the time to watch and correct your form and keep you safe during your workouts. They have Olympic weightlifting classes and yoga as well. Childcare has been super helpful and I love taking advantage of the open gym time if I can’t get in at the regular class time or if I want to work on a particular skill. The people are awesome and it really feels like family here.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is awesome! All of the coaches are unbelievable and they help each and every member regardless of your ability. I can only use one hand and have had reservations about joining a gym but the first time I entered these doors, I knew had made the right choice. They treat you like family and it makes you feel so good! There’s no attitude inside these doors, only the commadarie that makes you want to do better. Everyone applauds for each other because they care. They have free childcare, yoga, personal training and many classes and times slots. If you are looking for a small gym with great members, I highly recommend you join!
