If you're within an hour of this gym and you're not training here, you're doing it wrong. Chris is an awesome dude and will take care of you. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place! Great powerlifting equipment. I was visiting the area and stopped in for a workout. Everyone was super friendly. I did not bring my belt or wrist wraps and the owners happily lent me theirs to use!

Experiencia fantástica: Was in town for the week and lifted here. Great powerlifting gym! Chris helped me get set up and was easy to communicate with. The gym has nice equipment: plenty of squat racks, Ohio power bars, Texas power bars, safety squat bars, a monolift, a reverse-hyper machine, et al. Other lifters are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This is hands down the best powerlifting gym in the Phoenix area. They have all the equipment you need including squat racks, comp rack, bars and kilo plates. Members are helpful and friendly. Coaches are extremely knowledgable. As a competitive powerlifter, I wouldn't want to train in any other gym.

I am a powerlifter and this local gym had everything I needed to get my work in while I was away from home. Great environment and everyone helped root me on for a deadlift PR on the road! Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Arizona hands down. Amazing support system with all the lifters and owners. If you are serious about powerlifting/strength training/general fitness this is the place to go. They have Ohio,Texas, and Kabuki power bars, kilo plates, comp rack, and many other specialty equipment.
