Experiencia fantástica: This fitness studio is amazing! I was looking for something "different" and fun that wasn't a huge class setting. Big classes aren't for me and I enjoy being in the sauna alone or with a friend. I enjoy the heat and sweating so the infrared helps me a ton. I sleep better, have lost weight, toned up, and it helps my skin a ton. I love the fact it's 24/7, too and I can go as much as I want!
