Experiencia fantástica: Great child watch & staff- we always feel confident and comfortable leaving our kids while we workout. The programs and prices for members are unbeatable. The Y has done a great job of expanding the number of programs for all, from babies to seniors. Yes, it's a smaller facility compared to other Y's, but they do a great job of working with what they have and updating/maintaining the facility throughout the year.

Experiencia positiva: This review pertains to the facility itself as all interactions with the staff and their efforts have been excellent. The free weight section is very much so lacking. One power rack is not enough for a gym and the area is too small to have more than a half dozen folks lifting comfortably at once. However, there is an actual deadlift platform, so that's nice. The quantity of machines and cardio equipment is barely sufficient, but they are of decent quality. The men's locker room is maintained well, but the lockers are pretty small, so if you are like me and bring your bag and additional lifting equipment, you will be tight for space if you also have to pack in your jacket and such.

Experiencia positiva: This is a review for the basketball. There is only one gym to play basketball in. If you are younger you probably won’t be able to play the 5v5 game cause nobody will pick you. Yeah that’s it. Look at curry man So Inspirational. I can dunk but the cameras weren’t on

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I love it here. We love the pool, especially in the winter months. The hang out room is perfect for the kids while I work out and we love the variety of classes offered.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a hidden gem of a YMCA with wonderful customer service, large and upgraded cardiovascular and fitness facilities. Also has a Family Fitness room. That overlooks the gymnasium. Locker room and pool facilities we're very nice and clean and included a steam room and sauna.

Experiencia positiva: Weekend hours seem to be limited to just a few hours of being open especially when compared to other YMCA's. Locker room and shower floors are often muddied and wet with all traffic entering and leaving the pool passing through the shower room. (Why they don't allow pool traffic to pass through the lobby door is puzzling.) Staff is very friendly and they do a nice job with maintaining weight room equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: The value I receive through my family membership is priceless. Always greeted with a smile and hello. My kids love using the pool. The Yoga instructor's are great! I personally don't understand all the negative on here. You get what you give......

Experiencia positiva: Mainly for children not adults. Very limited hours for use of the pool.

A lot of the equipment needs updated such as the medicine balls are shot, they have one sixty pound kettle bell that you can't do much with, i spend quite abit of time waiting for weights and things due to over crowding and the gym can't accommodate everyone because there is not enough room. If you have personal space issues, i would avoid the YMCA..

Experiencia fantástica: The LG YMCA has improved tremendously over the years. Weights, pools, gyms for basketball, volleyball, etc... are very nice. Staff is helpful as well.

Experiencia positiva: Good, very family orientated. Racquetball, pool, weights, 2 gyms, spin aerobics. Difficult to get to from the west in tourist season.
