Experiencia fantástica: When I moved here 3yrs ago I tried every work out class and method there was, but after a month of doing the classes it was always the same. I would get bored with it or feel like it was not giving me the work out or the results I wanted. After having a friend tell me about Vfusion I finally decided to try a class. I loved it!!! The work outs are never the same so your body is continuously challenged with each and every class. I also love the small class sizes and the focus that the instructors put on using the correct body mechanics during exercises. It truly makes all the difference!
