Jenny's Yoga Fitness

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting a dear friend on a short trip. I found Jenny's yoga on the MindBody App. I loved the positive energy I felt the moment I walked in. The studio is beautifully painted with photos and banners, yoga mats set out for classes to come. It was also VERY CLEAN. Jenny & the people there greeted me with hugs and smiles. Vinyasa is something I practice regularly but I found the class to be challenging. I went back the following day. My friend I visited intends to start making that a part of her lifestyle as well. (We found there is a plus size yoga class) If you're able to go- definitely recommended

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Jenny is such a sweet and loving soul! (And funny!). The work-outs are focused heavily on core and small muscle group strengthening; almost has a Pilates type feel in some ways. Very enjoyable experience!

She always has a beautiful message to offer the class and I hold a lot of respect for her as a teacher and the community she has built. There are so many supportive individuals in this studio to help support you in your journey. You will walk alway feeling at peace and refreshed. Experiencia fantástica: Jenny is simply AMAZING!!!!! Extremely lovely and wonderful person. The yoga classes are really good and never crowded. Aerial yoga is pretty cool as well. My goal is to practice it more often (work schedule can be tight). I highly recommend this yoga studio to everyone who wants to experience spiritual and peaceful yoga :)
