Experiencia fantástica: I love how huge and clean Warlick Family YMCA is. The instructors of Body Pump and Zumba are great. I also like how the sauna is just located by the lap pool so I can relax right away after doing some laps on their cool pool.

Experiencia fantástica: I've never been to a YMCA before and decided to try this one out. It's a couple of miles away from my house and I have been so lucky and impressed by the staff and facilities. I originally just wanted to go there to swim and do exercise in the pool but have found myself using their exercise machines as well. The staff are excellent and very professional and always greet me with a smile. The facilities are always clean and I always see in here happy people. Sometimes after finishing a workout I sit in the lounge with my computer and use the complimentary Wi-Fi. They're very well organized and there are always classes going on for young people in the elderly. It's a very positive atmosphere and one day I hope to give back to the YMCA.

Experiencia positiva: I just join a month ago I like this YMCA. It has a lot of place to work out it has nice basketball court nice, swimming area and a lot of trails and the lake it's a really really nice. The down side is the staff is just so so nice. Not really that engaged. I'm a new member and just don't feel Like I'm welcome. That's why I usually go to Planet Fitness they're nice to me with a big smile.

Experiencia fantástica: An amazing place. Wonderful exercise classes with well trained and personable instructors. The lake setting provides beauty everywhere you look. Super aquatics and lake front kayaks. Gastonia is fortunate to be given this gift.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very nice place to workout. I love the classes that are offered. Bodypump is my favorite. Just download the app and your classes are right there. I have been going to the Warlick Y since it opened and I couldn't be more happier. I love the staff and the people you meet.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is great. While exercising you can look out on the lake. There is lots of exercise equipment and plenty of activity and meeting space. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is easy to get to and a great place to go to keep yourself healthy and fit.

Experiencia fantástica: I did the Walk to Run program in the fall. Both my trainers (Danika and Roddy) did a great job keeping me on track. They are both knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. I accomplished my goal of running a 5K.

Experiencia fantástica: So far we have only been using the workout equipment. (We haven't done any classes.) But we LOVE the staff, from the second we walk in the door until we walk out. They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. And they work VERY VERY hard to keep everything clean. They also ensure that everyone is wearing their masks and that they are wearing them properly. We really appreciate it!! :-D

Experiencia fantástica: I am loving the YMCA swim lessons. They keep the classes small so that there is a lot of attention on each kid. My son's class only have 2. The instructor is very thorough and always takes the time to tell me what they worked on, how he did, where he may struggle, and if there is any "homework", like working on kicking from the hips and not the knees. We are only 2 weeks in, but I look forward to the remainder and having my son be a strong swimmer soon.

Experiencia fantástica: The Warlick is a great facility to meet old friends and make new ones. Lots of classes for anyone no matter age or physical ability. Most classes are able to accommodate any level, from the older beginner wanting to slowly get back to exercising to young people who can move faster. Always smiling faces. Bring friends and have a look around. You will find this facility to be marvelous.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the aquatic class, I am 80 years old and I truly feel this class is going to keep me going at my age I have a few medical problems with my back and knee.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. I travel and utilize a lot of Y's around the country, this particular one far exceeds the others I have been to. The staff is courteous as well, it deserves a big fat gold star.

Experiencia fantástica: Very reasonably set rates depending on your family size. Very clean facility and nice staff. Awesome play center for children 6-12 yrs old. My daughter loves going. Great & reasonably priced events every mth, such as “Parents Night Out”. Sometimes can be a little crowded, however not to the point that there’s no equipment available.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome coaches who teach good sportsmanship. I am also impressed with the drills and skills instructions given to the children to empower them to learn to play each sport.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful facility and an amazing view of creation as we look at and around the lake behind the Y; watching ducks, geese and other wonderful things as we enjoy some of God's creation while improving our lives with fantastic friends. Employees are always available and friendly to each member. The most pleasant way to being a day is by first visiting the Y.

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate the cleanliness of the locker rooms and the organization of the equipment. The view is amazing and the staff are friendly. My husband and I recently inquired about the personal training program. We look forward to participating in that after the holidays.

I love to see the large crowds at the Warlick Y with so many people of all ages using practically every room. It's a great asset for our community and a tribute to those who made it happen.

Experiencia fantástica: I love going into this place. It's a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Most of the classes offered are top notch. They have a lot of treadmills and cardio equipment. The free weight room could be a little bigger, but overall, a really great gym. The building and view are beautiful.

Experiencia fantástica: The machines are high tech and brand new. Not to mention they work well. The pools are both huge and the collection of free weights and exercise machines is massive. Other than that, the staff is very polite and the facilities are always clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I went there for the GO Gaston Kickoff. Although I didn't go into the building I did experience quite a bit from the outside. A beautiful area to walk, a spectacular view of the lake, and watched a soccer game at the field. The location had an excellent kayaking facility as well.
