A great workout especially if you need a break from a lot of cardio. It will make you love working out and feel so strong!

Within the first week of F45 I saw results! The coaches are absolutely AMAZING. They are always there pushing you and encouraging you to keep going. I wouldn’t be were I am, with the confidence I now have with out them. It really changed my life. The whole team really makes you feel a part of something. I absolutely love going and recommend it for anyone trying to achieve any fitness goal.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to F45 training crown point since they opened. Before making the leap to group training I had done personal training and NEVER had such a great work out. I love how the days rotate between cardio and strength. The workouts switch to keep you motivated to come back. I LOVE it here! The coaches have great energy and are always helping with form and motivation. Even before covid they had a strict cleaning policy and now it’s even during covid the sanitation has increased. I never feel uncomfortable working out here.
