Experiencia positiva: The weights are weighty , and the cardio machines mostly work , for their price I don't think it's good , but I've made gains here so I can't complain either. It's seldom crowded , not tons of different equipment but certainly enough to keep your program fresh. Definitely a body builder / Power lifter type environment , a good selection of barbells ( though most of the older ones are bent ) a box of chalk dust on the wall , Zero signs discouraging grunting , it's a little old , rusty , etc , but it's a REAL gym , where you don't have to be delicate , you can just do the work , and I always appreciated that about it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for about 2 years almost 3 I believe. The majority of the time most of the machines work. Sometimes they are broken but that's just how it is. They fix everything relatively fast. They keep it super clean. They even have a kids area incase parents want to work out as well. If you don't feel comfortable going during the day or work nights like I do you will get a little microchip key to use, which I really enjoy that there is one that I can go to that has 24 hour access.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is super cheap for a membership. No hidden fees or ANYTHING! they've got all the good lifting equipment. Better than PF and Genesis imo. Place is super open and has everything an aspiring body builder like myself needs! Best place to lift, ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to the Ottawa Nautilus for 4 years now and I love it. Everyone who works there is extremely nice, equipment is well taken care of, and the other people who go are very pleasant.
