Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to the small group strength training classes at Coastal Performance for 5+ years and can’t say enough great things. Their team of coaches is highly educated and always learning, not to mention kind, fun, and compassionate. They’re incredibly tuned into injuries - how to prevent them, how to modify around them when needed. They focus on form and progress without being aggressive or unsafe. They know how to push each individual in an effective way while managing a group of different people with different needs. Overall just a great place to gain strength, meet wonderful people, and have fun!

Experiencia fantástica: What a breath of fresh air to be part of a gym environment that isn't solely focused on losing weight, looking a certain way, or showing off. I see people of all ages and abilities when I'm working out and it makes me feel like I belong there. The coaches greet me by name, which makes me feel like I'm part of a community, not just a gym. I'd like to give a personal shout-out to my coach, Kelsey, who pushes me when I need it, holds me back when I'm pushing too hard, and knows how to keep me motivated by switching up my workouts. I also appreciate the precision with which she wants me to execute each exercise for the maximum benefit. I simply love working out with her guiding me! I couldn't speak more highly of the staff and the warm and welcoming environment!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife started at Coastal over a year ago and she really loves it. I was surprised because neither one of us is a big workout person, anything we had tried in the past we didn't stick with.. She finally talked me in to trying a class in November and now we both go daily. Definitely not your typical gym experience. The trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable and they work with you. I love the fact that every class is set up for me so I don't have to think about what I need to do. We both like the small classes and the other members have all been very friendly and welcoming. There is variety everyday and they offer strength training as well as conditioning classes. We have found mixing the two has been the best for us. I recommend anyone interested in regaining balance, strength and cardio to check them out. Coastal has become a part of our everyday life.

Experiencia fantástica: Coastal Performance is an excellent all encompassing training facility with physical therapists, doctors and trainers to take care of your needs. My son has used the training facilities with strength and conditioning for high school sports and loved it. The whole team shows great passion and care for each person to be the best they can be.

As someone who hadn't seen the inside of a gym for quite a while, I was a little nervous going in for the first time. Kelsey and the rest of the team set me at ease and had me working out in no time. The culture is really warm and friendly, and I have been feeling incredible since I've been working out more regularly. Great facility and awesome people!

Experiencia fantástica: Hey, this review is for all the middle age guys who still have a little game or want to get their game back without energy pills or fad diets. You have to check out Coastal Performances's professional fitness team and facility. They know what they are doing and have a great mixture of small group strength training and conditioning classes all week long. The workouts are never the same and can be tailored to the individual so starting out is a breeze. You will learn the right technique while they coach you and push you to improve. Most important...it's fun and you will meet a lot of new friends along the way with the same goals. They can't grow your hair back or let you throw away those reading glasses...but they can guarantee core strength improvement, getting your game back and maybe even help you shed some weight.
