He is very energetic, positive, and knowledgeable about body posture and nutrition. If you don't know how to "gym" this is the place to go.

Jesse, Lindsay, and Ryan are all great at not only getting the best out of you and working you hard but making you feel good doing it. It has been such a confidence booster for me. I wouldn't want to work out anywhere else!
