Experiencia fantástica: Charming seems like a sissy word for this iron battle ground, but this converted multi room gem is just that! Coach Littlefield has everything you would ever need for any sport pursuit. I personally loved warming up with the sauna before hitting some heavy Olympic lifts in the basement. Cool down consisted of cardio in its own room upstairs and a protein shake at the bar. Coach Littlefield obviously has a passion for sports and fitness. Loved my experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. It may have a 'weird' set up (It's a house and a gym- completely separate of course) but I have come to prefer this way of working out. Lots of people go here, but with everything in separate rooms you never have to share a space with more than a few people. Highly recommend!
