Experiencia fantástica: This is the FRIENDLIEST box I have ever been to during my business travel to catch a WOD! (I have been to 42 different boxes just this year) At least 7 people introduced themselves as I walked in. The trainers absolutely know their movements and give effective tips to everyone. If you are hesitant or afraid to try crossfit, I recommend starting here since the atmosphere is so polite and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: This isn't your neighborhood 24-hour or planet fitness. There's no cute locker rooms or a sea of machines ranging from A to Z for working out any one muscle group 3x over. Hell there isn't even ambient music playing to motivate you. A cross from looking to be half way finished and a nearly abandoned store front. Compared to the more glitzy and glamourous rival gyms. Code 3 takes on the philosophy that less is more. However, don't let it's barren feature list fool you from thinking you won't be able to achieve your fitness goals. The abundance of what other gyms have including there fee's is a far cry from the sense of community, team-work, and overall hardwork that is produced daily within those four walls at Code 3. You'd never guess so much could be had from so little. While many people will still prefer and complain about the lack of ambiance. Little do they know thats what ear buds were invented for.
