From proper form to new PR's, we are always learning and seeing better results. And thats just one part of the great experience, the other is the amazing community of people you get to encounter and build friendships. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who doesnt like regular gyms cause of people who judge or if you have self confidence issues. No one judges here and all we do is build up confidence to keep succeeding.

I'm new to crossfit and didn't think I could make it through the workouts but through their motivation & guidance I scaled down the weights and over time I've been able to get up to speed and feel I can do more than ever before.

But, the coaches here teach you the proper form and guide you on every exercise. The people that also attend are all so nice as well. It's just a really great environment and feels like family.

He was so knowledgeable about fitness and health, it really made me feel comfortable with the whole thing. He was very caring, this made me feel comfortable the first time I walked into Total Empowerment. The place is awesome, the people in the class are awesome and so encouraging, the coaches are AMAZING! I really love everything about Crossfit Total Empowerment!

Experiencia fantástica: This Gym is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you'll feel the vibe of a close-knit crossfit family that no other gym has. Believe me, I've been a crossfitter for a long time. I love all the details and care the owners put into this. I wouldn't trust any other place with less passion than this place. The 6 week challenge was crazy and SO worth it. If you're serious about improving your health & fitness- this is the place to be!

The coaches are very helpful and create the best environment for everyone to feel comfortable. The coaches also are very knowledgeable to give everyone the best workout with keeping what is best for your body in mind. The workouts have taken my fitness to a level I never knew I can get to. From beginners to experienced crossfitters I would recommend this gym to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of CFTE for almost a year and I couldn't be happier. I had always been someone that worked out and was active but I was never 100% happy with the results I was seeing (or should I say not seeing). Since starting CF I've seen a huge change in my body; more toned, I have a higher endurance level, stronger and overall just a happier person. The coaches and members are amazing, they always make you feel like you're right at home and are always there to cheer you on. I would recommend anyone reading this to give CFTE a try, I promise you won't regret it!!

When I found out that one was coming to Carle Place I was super excited because it was right down the block from my house and my office so it was perfect... The owner was awesome, very knowledgeable and the staff was really great about teaching and educating every single class.. It is really an amazing environment to workout in, it has this family feel to it.. They are really focused on the member and always helping you achieve your goals whatever they may be... Really Great Experience!
