Experiencia fantástica: This gym and the community here is great! Whether you’re in a one on one session with a trainer or in a group fitness class, everyone is extremely welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and clientele are pretty nice I don't get yelled at for dead lifting 400+ most people wipe down the stations. And return their weights a pretty relaxed place to workout.

Experiencia positiva: Good facilities, its a gym rat kind of gym. The big guys, and people serious about changing their lives. Not your typical snap or lifetime by any means.. Could use a deep clean, but members are pretty good about wiping down after use.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym ever personal trainer Conner knows exactly how far to push especially when you feel like you can do more but since having knee surgery need to take it a little slow and build up to where you were before surgery.
