I was nodding my head during the demo of the class because it was all legs and core. 30 minutes after class I feel like I could crash through a brick wall!

This past weekend I was visiting NYC and sitting at a wine bar and over heard a woman (my age 40ish) telling her friend.. how she just joined this gym.. F45 and she loved it ! Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the trainers. They’re so personable, helpful and just make the entire workout a ton of fun. They helped me better understand by body, nutrition and correct some of my workout mistakes resulting in a loss of 20 lbs in my first couple months. It’s always a new workout which keeps me wanting to come back everyday. The gym is beautiful and clean! It’s a little costly, but I swear it’s worth every dime!

One additional bonus to the f45 experience are the friendships and camaraderie that is built when you sweat and laugh with the same folks who desire health and fitness too. I highly recommend this studio!

Experiencia fantástica: This is definitely an awesome place to workout! I like that I just show up and work out not having to think of how many reps per exercise I need to do or for how long. The days work out is planned. The TV screens make it easy to follow what exercise I’m doing. The coaches are phenomenal. They are always there to help encourage you to keep going when your tired and they are there to help correct you to avoid injury. I’m very happy I made exercising here part of my daily routine!
