Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! Great coaches and other folks make it a pleasure to workout, even on the rough days. The coaches work with you to help make sure you are doing the movements correctly and to adjust the workout as needed for any fitness level or specific need. Friendly and loud and that is how I like it! I am FAR from being a Crossfit beast but I feel at home here.
