Experiencia fantástica: Where do I even begin??? Crossfit Gardendale has changed my life! I actually enjoy working out now! Carrie and Chad always find new ways to make it fun while still pushing me to try harder! I suffer from thryroid disease and high cholesterol and am also at risk for diabetes because of my "genes". After only a few months of cf, my dr was amazed at how much healthier I was. He is a member of the crossfit community too and encouraged me to stay with it!!! Not only is CFG a great place to get in shape, it is a huge asset to the Gardendale Community. So thankful I am a part of the wonderful community of CFG.

Not only are Chad and Carrie the passionate about CrossFit, they are also passionate about their team of athletes that work out everyday. They are on the floor, coaching, but they are also behind the scenes, making sure everything is in place for their athletes to succeed. They provide a variety of tools for success: consistent blog posts with GREAT content, community leadership in events such as Run Gardendale and the Mud Duck Run, seminars with nationally renowned athletes, nutrition classes, competitions, etc.- this is the foundation that makes Crossfit Gardendale such a great community. And that makes all the difference for me.

As a result our whole family is now part of CFG, I have loved FitCamp for 2 1/2 years and our two boys love CrossFit Kids! Experiencia fantástica: I should start by saying I am NOT a gym person. I have joined several gyms in the past and never darkened the doors. CrossFit Gardendale kept coming up in conversations and I decided what the heck, and purchased a Black Friday special they had posted. I LOVED IT!! I even got my hubs to go with me and even him being a gym person, decided he LOVED it! The coaches push you and encourage you and help you to make sure you are getting the most from the exercise and not going to injure yourself. CrossFit is more than a gym, it has become family to us!

Experiencia fantástica: The only gym that’s ever made me say, “Man, I miss the gym!” My friend Shelbie asked me to join her in January for a new year challenge and I never expected to fall in love with it. I love how everything is prepared & provided for you. You don’t have to guess what to do or where to go. The coaches are second to none in taking care if you, making sure your form is good, making sure you’re pushing yourself but not hurting yourself, and getting you through even the hardest workouts. I love being apart of a community + working out with the same people every day. They have gone above and beyond to get us going during a global crisis, and I’m forever thankful for this place!

We have watched each other’s families grow up, we’ve watched countless lives changed from all different fitness levels. My kids love to be a part of CrossFit Kids and we are thankful we have that option for them. Members are true to themselves, genuine people who are all there for the same purpose: community and fitness! Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Crossfit Gardendale for 5 years. I have always been fairly active and have been involved in every kind of fitness class you can think of. The thing I love most about CrossFit Gardendale is every day is a new challenge and a goal is accomplished. Chad and Carrie do a great job programming, they are always supportive. Everyone that comes to CFG is great! They are friendly and always welcoming. I have met some of my best friends at CrossFit Gardendale. My overall confidence is better and I feel better physically and mentally. They offer a fitcamp class which is great because there are no barbells just bumbells and kettle bells. Holly teaches it and she is awesome! So if CrossFit isn't your thing they offer Fit Camp which is amazing a well. And we just got an awesome new facility and it looks great! Chad and Carrie have done an amazing job!
