I don't really talk to anyone, but some of the other gym goers will help you out if they see you doing something not as effective and there is a good community from what I see. Theres a good general attitude there. The owners don't put up with any arguing or negative people and everyone shares space without complaint. Though there is a trainer there that is very rude, but he's easy to avoid, as he's there midday and you can always locate him by his unnecessary grunting and yelling or the sweaty machines he leaves behind. There are machines and free weights both upstairs and down, so if it is too crowded downstairs you can get pretty much everything you need upstairs as well. This is a good place if you are embarrassed to start working out because you can start out upstairs where it is not so packed. When I first started this helped a lot. Now I could care less, but I do like the option to not be so close to everyone. Just don't be that guy that leaves weights on the ground or sweaty, greasy machines. There are older people and handicapped and people that work all day that go there, so unrack your machines--don't be a jerk.

Experiencia fantástica: Great value for money. Was visiting and worked out 1 day and it was only 5 dollars. Great variety equipment whether you want crossfit, heavy lifting, machines, or just cardio. Nothing too polished but great for someone looking for a gym that can handle most needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I left 24e because they didn’t have enough free weights. The staff was dry and rarely around when I needed help. That’s when I decided to go to Tri-Star. Everyone there is helpful, now just the staff. The owners are out of this world and are so nice and caring. Plenty of free weights and cardio equipment

Experiencia fantástica: All the equipment you need to reach your goals no matter what they are. The taekwondo classes upstairs are amazing. Everyone should try it out. From time to time, please play metal lol or some good 90's bands. cardi B just doesn't pump me up. Good place though, great atmosphere !

Experiencia fantástica: I hate working out but the people at Tri Star have been keeping me motivated. I use the machines which are plentiful. I’ve never needed to wait for a machine to open up but I go early in the morning. I have found everything to be clean and have actually witnessed the staff vacuuming. Staff has also been patient teaching me to use the machines since I have a short memory for that type thing. Service with a smile, personal trainers and great atmosphere.

Experiencia fantástica: Worked out here for a year until re-locating for work. This is a great gym that has everything you could ever need for a workout and a ton of space so there is never a crowding issue. The staff and members alike are very inviting. A good old fashioned local gym that also has great supplements and other products. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness.
