Experiencia fantástica: If your looking for a great place to work out and that is family friendly, Dominion Health and Fitness is right for you. The have free weights and assited machines, a pool and hot tub, saunas in the locker rooms and in the pool area, tennis, racket ball, and basket ball, spinning classes and running machines, tanning beds, and a separate area for women only, as well as a monitored area for kids to play. Their rates are exceptionally good on any budget. So what are you waiting for ... Go get fit!

Experiencia positiva: Ok but really when is this place getting a remodel?

Experiencia fantástica: The type of person who wears designer clothes to the gym should probably move on. What this place may lack in deferred maintenance, it makes up in iron. It's a gym for gritty types who train more than exercise. I found it nostalgic and motivating. My kids (20 and 16) liked it too. Raised them right I guess. Also, the staff is very friendly. Also also, they have dumbbells up to 120 lbs. That means a lot to me because I used to be able to lift those.

Experiencia fantástica: Older gym with older equipment but staff is super nice and has everything from free weights, tennis court, racketball, pool, full cardio and sauna. Just joined this month but so far really like this place. And all classes are free except for Tae Kwon Do. No one bugs you, not a meat market, and lots of respect for others. Have been very surprised and happy about choosing this gym. Highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: Needs hack squat machine, staff is beautiful. Lots of power racks, has dead lift platform, good number of benches for bench press, decent amount of free weights and other equipment. Can work out and not be hassled by karens so that’s a plus! A lovely rose greets you as you enter the place.

Experiencia fantástica: This privately owned physical therapy facility is convenient, clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Don’t drive to another county when you have licensed, local therapists that will get you on the road to recovery right here in our county! The gym is clean and the staff are helpful. They just added some new equipment and have yoga, SilverSneaker and aerobics classes too.

Experiencia fantástica: We love Dominion! While the facilities may be older and not as shiny as the new gym in town....you can't beat the family pricing!! With the pool, hot tub, saunas, various weight rooms, AND tennis and racquetball court, it's an amazing deal!! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
