Experiencia fantástica: Not sure where to start this review as there is nothing but positive things to say about Coach Tristian and this gym. Coach Tristan is HANDS down the most caring and down to earth coach you will ever meet. And despite him never claiming it, he is the best coach in the state of Texas. This gym is extremely special. You can come learn the fundamentals of boxing regardless of skill level or athleticism. Coach Tristian has amazing pros, elite amateurs, and novices aging anywhere from 7 to 50+, and treats them all as if they are his own child. You will learn how to defend yourself, box, and get into phenomenal shape. You will drastically change your life physically and more importantly mentally. The biggest thing that stands out to me is the camaraderie this gym has. I have been to 5+ boxing gyms in the DFW area and nothing compares to what we have with Coach Tristian - not to say the other gyms are bad, but this is a true family. We push ourselves to be the best version of ourselves each and everyday, and sincerely care about each other - again regardless of age or skill level. I started coming to this gym 4 months ago and I have not missed a day since. I am extremely thankful for this gym and am super content with the progress Coach Tristan and the rest of the team have helped me make. If you are a parent reading this, there is not a safer and a warmer welcoming place than this gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their life physically AND mentally.

Experiencia fantástica: Coach Tristan is excellent in providing guidance and instruction to those at all skill levels, whether you are an absolute beginner or looking to reach the next level. Coach provides a safe, physically demanding, and fair curriculum for all fitness levels and ensures that each participant remains disciplined throughout training. Note that this is not a “cardio fit” boxing gym . This is a real, traditional boxing gym where fundamentals of boxing will be drilled in everything you do. This type of instruction and guidance is normally non existent in suburbs such as Frisco, so if you are looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing while also challenging yourself and your own physical fitness, Coach Tristan provides the perfect environment for that with his gym.

I've trained at multiple other gyms, but the level of energy he brings is unmatched. He is an open-minded boxing trainer. With great boxing comes great strength and conditioning... We train with all levels of people including youth, novice & elite amateurs, pro fighters, and even high school teachers. Highly recommended if you live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area!
