Experiencia fantástica: 6 months ago I moved to Frisco, and found out about Tapout Fitness since then they became like family to me! The environment is absolutely amazing, and the gym is so clean at all times! Everyone there really pushes you to greatness. Shoutout to Coach Felix for being an incredible coach!! He pushed me and motivated me at all times to achieve my goals and stay consistent. If you want a good atmosphere for both beginner and advanced Tapout Fitness is where it’s at!! I absolutely love and recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! Although I was active in the past, "life happened" and I was struggling to find a way to incorporate working out and being healthy back in my life. I have been working with Coach Felix individually and it has been amazing. I feel great after every workout. He does a great job to individualize your workout plan so that it is sustainable and in tune with your other obligations. Results have been amazing so far! Thank you, Felix!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the environment of Tapout Fitness! Big gyms make me anxious because there is so much equipment and I don't know what to do with them. Since it's a smaller than most gyms, I feel right at home. I've been training with Felix for four months now and my life has changed. I never thought I'd ever be excited to workout. my experience with previous trainers haven't been so great. Felix really cares about my physical and mental wellbeing. He pushes me to succeed and reach my goals. Felix is a great trainer! I'm glad that I made the decision to come to Tapout Fitness and train with Felix! I feel like a new person now!

Experiencia fantástica: Omg I found the gym of my dreams! Been doing Muay Thai for 30 years, always so hard to find a proper gym with martial arts equipment. This place has it all! Workout, train hard and get the ultimate fitness level. Beginners or advanced. They’ve got classes for group sessions all the same price. 2 months free! The manager was really cool to allow me to train here on my own. It has showers and they’ve sprayed everything with a special coating that kills covid on impact! I’m so happy!!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome workout. Group classes like other gyms I’ve been at but much more technical with form. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and educated in fitness and nutrition.

Experiencia fantástica: As a martial arts instructor myself, I would highly recommend training here. Instructors are professional and know what they're doing. Classes are challenging as they should be and fun.. Facility is CLEAN and inviting. Great equipment for multifunctional workouts and plenty of space. Definitely worth signing up for and I look forward to every class.
