Experiencia fantástica: Crunch fitness is the place to go if you’re looking for a gym. Brand new equipment and positive atmosphere for anybody to work out. They’re expanding a new workout space and $500,000 in new renovations. If you’re coming into the gym in frisco ask for Sabrina! You won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a gym owner myself but love coming to crunch to get in my cardio and a quick workout. The front desk staff is amazing. George, Eric and Christian and so welcoming and enthusiastic!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym in the area, with loads of amenities and helpful staff it really does make one feel comfortable. If you live in the area or even semi close I highly recommend coming in to scope out the area and get a feel for the gym. As most gyms can be intimidating this one is not the case! The non judgement at this gym is uncanny. Come check it out but most of all come checkout Preston at the personal trainer section he really brings the energy to the gym!!

I recently switched from working out alone to getting personal training from Carlos Gonzalez, and I could not be happier. Carlos was able to help me reach my goal faster than I could’ve believed. What seemed like a long-term goal was achieved in only 3 months with his coaching. On top of being very knowledgeable, Carlos is an all-around great guy and makes each lesson feel personal as if I’m his only client. Highly recommend!

More power racks and a boxing area which is great since I hate cardio on a treadmill! Definitely check it out! Great location in Frisco!

Was nervous about joining a gym because I thought I'd look out of place because I have 0 muscle, but everyone has been super welcoming and helpful. Feel very comfortable doing my own thing there. Yes the gym gets busier in the evening, but I feel like people should expect that when joining a gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! Very friendly, helpful staff and instructors for the classes. My only issue is I wish they offered more classes that catered to the earlier crowd (like 6-6:30 am) during the week. They do offer a few great ones but there’s also so many classes that can’t be attended because they are at 8 am or 12 pm during the week which is hard for someone who works a 9-5 to attend.

I called about my billing Sabrina the manager was very positive and helpful. Great customer service. I love how this gym has basketball, tires, red light therapy all for a great price!

The people running the place are phenomenal and you can tell how much they want to be there - In short notice, you will see why they enjoy it so much. From the gym layout, ambiance and lighting, chosen equipment selection and amenities offered, this gym will set itself apart.
