Experiencia fantástica: Great workouts! As much as I hate it while it’s happening, I love the nonstop circuit training! Love the mixture of cardio and weights. Trainers are very helpful with technique and motivation! The hardest part is just getting off my butt and going. Always glad afterwards.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and great coaches. It's an environment where we are all here to motivate and inspire one another. It does and doesn't feel like a group workout; I'd call it a team workout. Before each session the coach goes to each station performing the workout that's to be done, and at the same time give an "alternative" move for beginners and those with limitations. I'm overweight and it's important to me to have an option that keeps me moving instead of just stopping or struggling. The modifications for 'beginners' make it personal and that's where the quality is for me. The coaches move around the room constantly if you are ever having an issue with form or what to do in general. The workout moves are also displayed on flat screen TV's the whole time so you can look up and see what your next move is. The coaches help everyone to improve their form if they see where you can perform better, explaining by words and by action of doing it themselves right along with you. The music is moderately loud which I like because you won't hear each other breath heavily (lol) and it goes along with the tempo of the work out. It makes the time go by faster. The music genre appears to be based on what the coach that day prefers, on a standard provided F45 playlist I assume, but it's all music we've heard before. (Rock, hip hop, R&B pop, 1990's - current). It is a judgement free zone. We are a team! The gym itself is very clean after being open for more than a year. Two toilets, one shower. I've never been able to keep a gym membership and here I am, 4 months later, loving and appreciating F45 Friendswood. Give it a shot!

F45 will definitely make you stronger and the emphasis on form by the coaches is the best reason to be part of F45! Update 1/21/22 So 3 months into F45 and I can say it’s the best thing that has happened to me. I have done individual workouts , lost weight and gone off the wagon - but F45 Friendswood has made my exercise routine a habit now! I can’t wait for the next morning and honestly what I could not do 10 years ago I can now do! The atmosphere is fun, owners are fun and so are the members. It’s like family! 3 months later I’m stronger, and am moving towards my exercise goals!
