Always feel lost in a huge gym alone, it’s great to have someone instruct me every step of the way during a workout in a smaller, more personal environment. Can’t recommend it enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Jamie was very welcoming and showed me proper use of the rowing machines. Had a great full body workout and really enjoyed it. Plus, their app for tracking your results is great. Would recommend to anyone who’s been rowing or wondering if they should row.
