Experiencia fantástica: Love this crossfit gym not only for the fun and encouraging group of people that you get to worout with but also the coaches that teach you to be safe and help you scale workouts that you need help with. Before this I never worked out and had no urge to, like ever, but now I look forward to it. I personally do not like to compete in competitions but like to go support everyone who does. There is something for everone here!!♡♡

Experiencia fantástica: This place and coach/owner Jon work hard for seasoned athletes and never-liked-sports people. They helped me recover quick from downtime after a major surgery. Within 3 months training I am stronger than I was pre-op. I thought my days of 6 workouts a week were long gone, but this place keeps me motivated.

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to workout with a fantastic group of people. Jon is a terrific coach and the attention you get is like having a personal trainer every day! Super convenient to have a gym downtown so if you work or live there you must try out this box. If you're visiting from out of town it's a great place to drop in and get a workout. My wife and I have been at it for six months now and we continue to see improvements every week! Only gave it 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are interested in starting Crossfit, you have to go here. The owner and coach Jon is amazing with new individuals. Lots of other crossfit boxes do an introduction session or two and then forget about you. Here, Jon gives new people a lot of attention to make sure they have the right fundamentals and don't get injured. It's almost like each session is with a personal trainer. Plus this box has brand new equipment and a great group of people.

I would highly recommend this box to anyone looking to get healthy and wanting to advance their fitness to a new level.
