Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff that really helps you grow both mentally and physically. They helped me lose over 60 Lbs with consistency and taught me how to effectively improve my workouts. This is definitely a hidden gem and wonderful members that also encourage and inspire. Highly recommend
Experiencia fantástica: Due to a spine injury in 2015, I started working out with a personal trainer in early 2016, Coach Rob J, at Synergy and I love it! The facility is clean, the people are welcoming, knowledgeable, and they offer bootcamps morning and night. Check it out.
Experiencia fantástica: Jake is a awesome trainer !! I trained with him way less times than I wished I had. Will be referring him to family and co workers.
