Experiencia fantástica: I was introduced to fitness social by Lucy Wells. She is an amazing person with a kind heart. I have vented to Lucy over the past couple months that I was trying to find balance in my life, work, and trying to establish a healthy habit of working out again. I felt sluggish and unhealthy most days and I needed a change. Lucy, being the kind hearted person she is, spoke to Melissa at fitness social and Melissa dropped of a free pass for fitness social at my work. That was a very kind gesture. And thank you for that. So after a few weeks of getting the courage to go in I finally started my journey to being healthy and fit again. I have since gone to 5 classes. Most classes I have had Sarah as an instructor. And let me tell you I was scared, nervous, and anxious about the whole beggining. But Sarah was so helpful thru my struggle. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable when I felt like at times I was so out of my element. After class she asked how I felt and explained that I would be sore. We went over nutrional protein shakes and she had lots of knowledge for helping me kickstart this goal of mine. I am now on my journey of being healthy and feeling like me again. Thank you so much for your kindness. And I am so glad that I was able to find a gym like fitness social!
