Experiencia fantástica: Friendly personnel, great facilities, although many of the treadmills don't work. I especially like Jarron, my personal trainer that I've had for the last year. He's a freak of nature! I've never felt better and every part of my physical well-being has improved dramatically. It's freaking incredible that a few idiots criticize that Fox News is on the TV. OMG! Are you there to watch TV or work out? OK, I'll bite; I love that ESPN is on, Fox News and something else, I don't even know. Who cares? The gals at the front desk are there for eye-candy but they are also very friendly (at least to me) and very helpful, always with a smile. The music they play on the speaker system is as if someone reached inside my head and made their playlist from my favorites; I'm the old guy playing air guitar to Led Zeppelin between sets.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm surprised to see the poor aggregate review left by other users. Have been here for 6 mo (started in Feb 2014). I spend 6-8 hours at the gym a week, mostly cardio. The spinning machines, seated bikes, treadmills, and stair machines all work great with the exception of 1 stair machine and 1 spin bike. I also swim 1x p/ wk and never seen the pool too crowded that I had to wait, and the temp is good (not too warm, not freezing cold). I've actually found the staff friendly and am greeted most days by name (maybe that's the benefit of coming in early and often and not so much the normal experience). But honestly I don't really care about friendliness and don't prefer a small community gym feel. I like the big, open-architecture gym feel where the machines work well, the locker room is clean, and I can find what I need to get a good workout. This is my place. The only negative IMO is that it isn't open 24/7.

Experiencia fantástica: have always loved this gym. clean and easy to sign up/freeze account when needed. easy to remove people off your account unlike other gyms that make you write letters to quit and still get charged in the meantime. I'm not here to make friends with the front desk so I don't know why people are complaining about them. they acknowledge me when I give them my account number and I'm on my way. I put my son in daycare and he loves it. the girls actually care to remember him and know how to accommodate him when he gets moody. all in all worth the 40 we pay a month for 2 people.

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful gym. Clean, organized, didn't stink, patrons and employees share the gym with dignity, lots of room, many different types of equipment, and, it wasn't too loud and noisy.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to THIS club for two months. The one closer to my home was not a good experience. The folks here are friendly and helpful. They greet me every time, and wish me a good day after my modest workout. The equipment is state of the art. The layout is easy to navigate. I really like the second story overlooking the pool area. A great monthly investment.

Experiencia fantástica: I returned to swimming for exercise and the people were great. I require a lift into and out of the pool. The maintenance woman came into the dressing room and offered to help me with my swim suit, but I had already put it on at my senior medical day center. I had forgotten to bring a lock and they loaned me one without even blinking... They all were very friendly.

Experiencia positiva: Hate doing leg days at this location. I always have to wait since there’s not many smith machines or squat racks compared to the one on Champlain. Other than that, I love it. Always clean and cold.

Experiencia positiva: It's a decent gym. At least half of the front desk staff seem sad and make no attempt to say "hello" and welcome you. Basic social skills and customer service. Even at times I've said "hi" and the 2 or 3 of them there say nothing, just look blankly like you aren't there. Awkward. I feel like they should initiate the greeting anyway, being that they work there and represent the gym. A few that work at the front desk smile and greet you, but it isn't the norm.

Experiencia fantástica: The place is much better now that kids are not allowed in the pool area. The manager there Shelby is someone you can talk to, and he does seem to care. Coming back from a long layoff from Cancer he showed a lot of sympathy and understanding to my gentleman, and he made it very easy pleasant experience reinstating us!

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first day there there seem to be plenty of equipment for the amount of people there I had no trouble finding what I wanted to do to and do it. I just wish and I would have brought my shorts cuz I kept looking at the pool and feeling jealous of the people that were in it

Experiencia fantástica: I love the fact I can pay 10 dollars to workout without being on a contract. I can even do the classes they offer. Everything is super clean and you feel like family right when those doors open. Also the best part I love I did not see anyone be judgemental.

Experiencia fantástica: It's a pretty good work out area. You can drop your kid off at the kids play center. It's got pool, and kids are free on Sat. and Sun.

Experiencia fantástica: The Palm and Nees gym has the friendliest staff and I know because I go to other GB 3 clubs. I especially like the layout of the gym and the temperature. Not too hot and not too cold. I get the best workouts here.

Experiencia fantástica: This club is kept very clean and functional. They do a very good job of keeping the equipment both operational and sanitary. They also seem to have all the gear and apparatus that anyone could ever need. Furthermore, I find the steam bath, Swedish bath, pool and hot tub to be great design, well kept and terrifically pleasant - all at an appropriate price! Check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! I've been to a few gyms in Fresno and this one was nice equipment and spacious with a lot of cardio machines, machines in general, a TRX system, pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a bunch of different classes. All included in the gym membership! Its great!

Experiencia fantástica: I love GB3, it's the place for parents to work out! They have a super fun child care area and great staff. I tried "cheaper" gyms before and wasn't satisfied with their child care and classes. GB3 has an abundance of great classes and they take care of the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, I've been going to the Herndon and pain GB3 for several years now. The facility is always immaculate, the staff take a lot of price in making the place spotless, even vacuuming while you're working out, lol, I appreciate the attention to detail. Very supportive management team and staff is really nice and friendly. There's tons of equipment for every type of workout you want to do, boxing bags , pool, sauna , steam room, this location has it all , right behind the gym there is a hidden trail you should definitely check out

Experiencia fantástica: This is my favorite GB3 location by far. They have awesome staff and I have only had good experiences at this location. Brought my kids in while I worked out and the child care was excellent and kept my children safe. I really only have good things to say about this location. The milburn/herndon location could really take notes on the customer service at this location. Points to palm location for being so on point.

Experiencia fantástica: GB3 is expensive, no doubt. But you get what you pay for. This location is not as large and doesn't offer as much as the Fowler location, but for that reason I sometimes go here. It's not as crowded. If you want to do classes (Zumba, spin, etc.) go to the Fowler location, but if you are just doing cardio and weights, this is a great place for just that.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of good equipment, cardio machines, and free weights. They also have a TRX area with specialized equipment. Classes are also available at no additional cost other than your membership fee. Both a dry sauna and steam room / wet sauna are available as well. This chain of gyms is more expensive than other gyms in the area, but worth every penny, in my opinion.
