Experiencia fantástica: Don't let the name fool you! Everyone at every level is welcome! I've been going to Slim Fitness for about a year now. I work closely with three trainers here and they are all amazing! They really care about their clients and the community. The facility is very clean and they have all the equipment you will need. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Love Slim Fitness! I’m a single parent and needed a family friendly place where my kids could go with me or even work out with me. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. My trainer Ashley is super knowledgeable, supportive, understanding and patient. She walks the walk and I’m learning so much from her! When life is chaotic or my kids are sick I can join the fitness classes or training sessions via Zoom to stay on track. There is so much to say about SlimFitness and the trainers but really you can tell it’s a different gym as soon as you go in to check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Great trainers, super friendly and supportive atmosphere. Way to make fitness fun! Very clean and focused on keeping everyone safe. All classes are hybrid live/online. This is the best fitness place I've ever experienced.

Newark, CA I have been a regular member of SLIM Fitness since October, been very pleased with the overall setup and program, there's that little extra if your looking to push yourself more, but no pressure as well. A very welcoming staff and program for all levels. Lately I've had to address a particular condition and looked to SLIM fitness with for help with some targeted stretching. Personal Trainer Ashley Cowan-Wolcott was assigned to me and I've been very happy with the results. Her knowledge of kinesiology has been very impressive and she has a very methodical approach to my situation. Ashley has been patient with me, answered all my questions and has demonstrated a variety of techniques should I ever get bored or find a routine too challenging. I'm sure you will something at SLIM Fitness for your particular situation, they all show amazing energy, enthusiasm and passion for what they do, you will be very pleased with your fitness results.
