Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for just a few days over Christmas. The manager met me and asked how he could help. He was very cordial, and got me 24 hour access over the holiday at a very reasonable price. They have classes, and the place was very clean. There is enough equipment to accommodate any kind of fitness routine (except maybe water aerobics). Also offered a military and medical field discount.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym. I started about 3 years ago. And I started with a personal trainer. The staff is very friendly and always so on top of everything. The gym has everything you would need to get a great workout in. The offer some amazing classes. A class for everyone. People that are super intense, beginners, seniors, and even kids. And thank goodness for the kid’s play room. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t even be able to go to this gym. I am very thankful for my gym and my gym family. It’s created a new lifestyle for myself.

There is plenty here to fit whatever your workout style is. It’s a really laid back gym with a lot of laid back people. Definitely recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym! The staff is very supportive and always finds ways to keep me motivated. It’s become more than my just my workout time. It’s also my “me time” where I get to hang out with some really cool people!

Experiencia fantástica: I will be participating for the second time in the senior spin class later this morning and have just begun weight training. The staff members and owner have been very gracious, as well as helpful. I could not wish for more fitness equipment than is being provided, and the facility is impressively clean and always available. I feel safe and welcomed with no pressure to compete. As icing on the cake, membership costs are very reasonable. Be sure to ask about senior options if you are 60 and above and about Medicare options if you are 65.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to this spot for about 3 weeks and every visit gets better! With a tomato soup and salad appetizer as well as multiple lasagna recipes to choose from, this Italian cuisine is the best in the business.

Experiencia fantástica: Simply spectacular! I mean the service was great but the lasagna was perfect. The double cheese topping was pretty amazing, I mean who would have thought cheddar cheese and American cheese would go so well on top of lasagna. It was almost as outstanding as the service. Everyone was nice, and the food was authentic. I loved every bit of it and I hope I get the chance to stop in for more lasagna soon!
