Experiencia fantástica: I started taking classes Feb 18 this year first class I took was Robins pool yoga I had never done yoga of any type, I have learned how to breath better. The rolling of my tongue for a cooling breathing. Especially when weeding the garden Lol if I’m stressed ( who isn’t these days) I breath in deeply 4 times .. often I forgot what I was so stressed about!!! I have been averaging at least 2 or 3 classes of all water morning classes since. Kristia’s boogie classes literally keep me on my toes!! Kristia’s afternoon aqua jam class (boxing without out gloves it’s great! Cassie’s Zumba and Deep water classes I didn’t think I could bend as many different ways possible. The silver sneaker splash Hilary classes I can finally sit on that darn board without shooting the dolphin looking board into the air!! Through their classes I can turn and look back almost 3/4 of the way around on both sides … and balance I’m brushing up on standing in tree position without falling over….. I am appreciative of the staff and members friendships … we are so lucky to have such a great place to go in Freeport. Donna

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Fitness Lifestyles for physical therapy. The staff is great and very helpful. I was so impressed with what a membership offers, to include a medical fitness program to continue working with the physical therapist after my doctor's PT orders expire, that I now have a membership. My current healthcare insurance has a wellness program that covers around half of what the membership costs too. All around, I have had good experience coming here.

Experiencia positiva: Small town gym. Don't expect a lot of frills, but they have good working equipment. It's kept clean. Members make you feel welcome, and no one judges you or makes you feel judged. Staffed with people who are your everyday kind of person and that is truly inviting. Lots and lots of classes to choose from. Freeweights, machines, rowers, elliptical, treadmills, bikes, and the warmest swimming pool in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: A well equipped fitness center with a warm water swimming pool. Work out and swim on your own or there are classes available. A physical trainer is also available if you want a one on one session. There is a separate workout room for women only. Men and womens locker rooms are also provided. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend it if your looking to have a good workout. There is also a massage therapist available for those tired achy muscles. Give them a call, they'll be glad to help you and answer any questions you may have.

Experiencia fantástica: New owners are some of the nicest people. Same great manager that has been there for along time. Prices are fair and come with free classes. The personal trainers are top notch and is the physical therapist on staff. I highly recommend this fitness center.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to work out. Friendly helpful staff. Dated inside, but the equipment does the job you need and membership cost isn't too bad, so it's a trade-off. Under new ownership, so I fig as time passes they will work to update things and get some of the new equipment you see at other gyms. They offer many options to get you fit, including a women's only room if you prefer, group classes, swimming or you can work with a personal trainer for an extra fee. There is a big room full of machines on the main floor and downstairs there are 2 rooms for weight training. I think there may be things upstairs too but nothing I've used yet if there is.
