From the owners to the people who attend it’s a very personal experience everyone is super friendly. Jerome and Tanya have a great thing going on here. Highly recommended for anyone just wanting to get in shape or whomever wants to learn to throw them hands. Definitely feels like home here.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking to fight or just get fit this is the place is for you. I spoke to Jerome for 30 sec on the phone and told him I would see him on Saturday. Two days later I walked in the gym and he looked over and said are you Steve. Now that through me off in a 30 sec phone call he remembered my name. This may seem trivial but that made me feel like I wasn’t just another person walking through the door. By far the best gym I have ever been to. its $10 to check it out and I promises you will love it.
