Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym which rivals, if not surpasses, all the top-end gyms in my home of Downtown Toronto whilst remaining at a reasonable price. The equipment is top-notch and the Head Trainer has taken all necessary steps to ensure people can workout in a safe and sanitary environment during these Covid-times. The shift to class-based sessions has also been a big plus, as it allows you to make friends and keep each other accountable. Looking forward to my next visit!

We have been at the gym for 6 months now & love it more everyday! Stephen is attentive & focuses on the correct way of doing things, unlike other “boxing” gyms. I can’t say enough positive things about RF!

I’ve been going to RF for over 6 months and always look forward to a great workout. It’s great for any fitness level. Stephen is very knowledgeable and has so much experience and teaches you everything you need to know to get the most out of your workout. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about this place. I was looking for an alternative gym that let me burn calories and build muscle well I found it at Ringside Fitness. I Knew it was the place for me the first time I went there. It was a little intimidating to see all of the boxing equipment but I gave it a go and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!! What a great place. The owners are very knowledgeable because they didn't just get their training out of a book they lived the life. Yes there are other gyms that may teach like workouts and I have tried them and was a little disappointed . I love that I have been pushed to the NEXT LEVEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try it you will not be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of Ringside since they opened and I cannot say enough great things about this gym. Every workout is different and personal trainers guide the way. I have been to other gyms and can barely get someone to help me use a machine correctly. Ringside Trainers are awesome and you can tell they have been doing this for a long time. Experience is everything when you are trying to achieve a personal goal for yourself which is why I absolutely love this gym!!!

It's the best cleanest gym around with one of the greatest trainers money can buy! The trainers know how to gauge fitness levels and adapts the preconstructed workouts to suit your needs.
