Experiencia fantástica: My favorite and happy place. Always such a welcoming family environment! I’ve been a member for 4+ years - started very out of shape/beginner of all skills. I’ve learned I love weight lifting and am still trying to love the cardio/gymnastics! Lol either way, no matter what is on the program, I always go home feeling accomplished

Experiencia fantástica: I have enjoyed my experience at CrossFit Fredericksburg. The coaches are experts and very helpful. The owners are great local people and the “regulars” were welcoming and friendly. If you are looking to try CrossFit or you are an experienced practicer this is a great place to join.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent workouts, excellent coaches and the best community you are going to find. My wife and I joined the gym in July of last year, and these past several months have been awesome. Everyone at the gym, coaches and members alike have been welcoming and supportive. This is not a gym where you put on your headphones and cruise. You will become part of the team and you will be pushed to be your best. The folks here will celebrate your victories, pick you up when you are down and everything in between. Walking in back in July we were overwhelmed with what we could not do. Today we are looking forward to our first competition in April. This gym will challenge you no matter what level of fitness you are at. On that same note, the coaches will show you how to modify any workout/movement to accommodate where you are beginning from.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the most welcoming CrossFit gym I have ever been too. The community here is amazing and even if you just drop in once you will feel like part of the family. This gym welcomes all life of people, no matter who or what you are. Best programming I’ve seen at any local gym and it’s just an awesome, fun and exciting environment. From beginner to expert this is the place to be. Also you can’t beat the prices.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve spent most of my life in and out of various gyms and CF Fredericksburg checks all the boxes for a great place to workout with a professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is always great and family friendly! I’ve called this gym home for almost 5 years now. Worry not, if you’re new to CrossFit or your fitness journey in general, you will not feel intimidated inside their walls. Get after it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Came to this gym at age 41 not knowing any of the CF moves. I'm so grateful for all the positive vibes and encouragement. I'm defiantly addicted! They even have childcare and my kids love it!

Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough about this place. I walked in never having done any CrossFit or really any serious weightlifting. The coaches were welcoming and patient with me while I learned all the movements and were always so encouraging. I gained so much confidence in myself and what I am capable of, it has really been a life changing experience. If you are on the fence or nervous to take that first step, don’t be!

Experiencia fantástica: I came into town for a week from Colorado and wanted to keep up my workouts while I was here visiting family. I’m so glad I found CrossFit Fredericksburg. The coaches were super knowledgeable, everyone was so incredibly welcoming and I really enjoyed their programming. Such a wonderful group of people who love their community and their members! Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed dropping in and taking a class with Clyde. The owners are very friendly and responsive via email or if you have any issues. Would highly recommend dropping in or joining if you live in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I tried this box with my sister and brother in law who were visiting from out of town. I loved it!! The owner was awesome and made it fun! I'd still be going but the commute was just a little but too far to be able to make it work sadly.

Experiencia fantástica: Made a few calls and decided to try this one out because of the reviews. Went the first few days for free just to try it out with no obligation. Steven was the coach the first day, and being around him it's hard not to bring another level of energy. Ian (the owner) was able to work around my work to help me with the ramp up I needed so that o knew where to get better on my form. Great gym great people and everyone wants you to do better as much as they want themselves. If you can't do the workout they'll scale it to something else and you're still going to feel it.
