I started my personal fitness challenge at Monsters and Machines Fitness & Personal Enrichment 12 weeks ago and I couldn’t be any happier, my energy level is on a 150%. I feel great, I tone quickly, I eat healthier but most important ‘I am happy’. The results are amazing!!! It’s nothing compared to a regular gym, it’s highly professional Personal Training. You will push sleds, enjoy kick boxing sessions, lift tires, do circle and core trainings, and so much more. Everyday is a different challenge! Their monthly rates won’t break your bank and the motivation is top notch, plus you can even book 1-on-1 private training session.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I started going to MAM last fall and I love it! Every class is different and challenging. We were looking for a way to up our training for obstacle course racing, and I definitely think going to MAM on a regular basis has made me much stronger! I love the positive and hardworking attitude at this gym. I highly recommend this gym if you like training in a group setting and getting in an effective workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Monsters and Machines isn't your run of the mill box gym. It is a gym like no other. Amazing trainers running challenging sessions that are never the same. With a mix of Kick Boxing, Olympic Lifting, High Intensity Interval Training, and more you will never get bored of the same old routine. The trainers and members are like one big family. There's no judgement on experience and skill levels. There's no contract to sign into. You can do a punch card or a monthly membership that gives unlimited sessions. Your not tied down to some massive contract. Basically the best gym I've been a part of.
