Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in from Gilbert Arizona. Great place with very kind people. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. They have ALL the equipment for a great CrossFit workout. When I come back, I will definitely drop-in again.

Experiencia fantástica: We were I n Fredericksburg for the week and wanted to get some workouts in. Workouts were tough. Coaches walked us through a warm up and gave us instructions through the workout. All skill levels represented and the people were friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been to this location as a guest one time while I was visiting my best friend, but it was a really great experience and if I lived in Fredericksburg, I would definitely sign up for a crossfit membership here! I highly recommend anyone who is interested check it out; I quite enjoyed it!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience. Just getting back into exercising and Cole the coach really worked with me on getting my form right and helping me to build on the workout in a safe and challenging way. The group was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Genny and I Just dropped into one of the most beautiful Crossfit locations I’ve ever had the pleasure of attending. We were met by The owner and coach Cole. Cole was friendly, professional and extremely fit as well. Cole was very knowledgeable. He didn’t just facilitate a workout. He gave great cues and actually coached unlike many places I’ve attended. He had a large early morning class and all the members were friendly and engaged. We did a thorough warmup that got progressively more intense and then pushed trough a really tough Metcon that left me gassed and feeling great. Afterwards he allowed us to stay late and get in our squats. Those of you who know me know that I travel a lot and drop into a lot of boxes. Cole and Crossfit FBG are at the top of my favorites list. If you are visiting the Fredericksburg area and want a box that will give you what you should expect from a great CrossFit then make plans to stop at CrossFit FBG. You won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Best. Gym. Ever. I was in town from Dallas and dropped in for a couple classes. Super friendly people! Cole is a great coach and gave me some advice on form that blew my mind and is gonna be huge for my rowing times . They were so welcoming even for an out of town visitor. I will totally be back here!!! Thank y'all so much for being awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I was vacationing in Fredericksburg and after a couple days off the gym was losing my mind. I stopped by CrossFit FBG on Thursday and spoke to Cindy to see if she would let me come in and get a workout in during an open gym time Friday. Not only did she let me come in, but she actually reminded me I was missing some of my cues as I was trying to get through my lifts a little quicker than usual. Overall it’s a great facility with everything you could need. Even if you’re primarily a power lifter as I am, they’re perfectly accepting of you’re different lifestyles. Haha. The people are all around friendly and accommodating. Cindy was great. I appreciate the hospitality and look forward to dropping in the next time I’m in town. I can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you CrossFit FBG!

Experiencia fantástica: So dropped in on our way back to El Paso from The Fittest Experience in Austin, TX. We went to the 1215 Crossfit Light class which was perfect for a moderate workout after a weekend of competition. Cole, the owner, was very friendly and professional and definitely knew his stuff. Everyone was very sweet and motivated. Great environment!!
