Barre East Fitness Studio

Experiencia fantástica: Barre East has been a wonderful experience since my first class. Everyone from the instructors to the ladies that take the classes are welcoming. I've tried Barre classes at other places but feel these are more laid back and place you can truely feel comfortable getting a great workout. I've seen great results and would highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: The studio becomes your family just after one class! There is a variety of classes from balance, cardio, to gentle so you are able to do what your body allows. Even if you can not do a certain part of the class the instructors (who are awesome!) help work with what is best for your body. Everyone who goes is truly so nice and there is no judgement nor competitiveness! Highly recommend this studio!
