Experiencia fantástica: As a sales professional with an unpredictable schedule and a guy who isn't knowledgeable about working out on his own, Hotworx is amazing!!! The scheduling is very flexible, the work outs are quick, fun, and fast paced, and when you're done you feel like you've worked out for 2 hours! I highly recommend Hotworx for anyone who is constantly on the go and needing flexibility and maximum results in a work out!

Experiencia fantástica: I joined HOTWORX just over month ago . And I have to admit, I was worried how I’d respond to working out in a hot box . From what I read about infrared heated workouts , that my energy level would go up, I would sleep better, my skin would improve , detoxification , lower my blood pressure , improve circulation , cellular joint repair and much more. So I really wanted it to work and be everything I researched . After my third 15 minute session (I try to go about every other day) I noticed I was sleeping so much better ! I also started to notice that I was more alert at work , I was definitely more focused than I had been. After a few weeks I noticed my skin was glowing . Not bad for a 56 year ole’ gal . Another thing I noticed was that my knees no longer ached. I had a knee replacement surgery about 6 months ago. Doing HOTWORX classes has helped me gain my mobility sooner than predicted by my surgeon. The rowing type class and the cycle class coupled with the infrared heat provided my surgical knee increased flexibility . That alone , is such a blessing . Currently , I’ve dropped a few pounds too . Another benefit of doing HOTWORX workouts is the increased calorie burn that takes place. Essentially, I’m addicted to the HOTWORX workouts. Give it a try , you won’t be sorry .

The flexibility of the hours and scheduling is so convenient for my lifestyle. It keeps my cortisol levels low, but my energy high. Thank you so much to everyone, and especially Valentina who helped us get all set up.
