Experiencia fantástica: I run a karate class here at the YMCA, and it is the perfect place to do it. The entirety of the YMCA staff is bright and cheerful, not to mention helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great classes and all staff are so friendly. I love how well the classes are organized. Audrea, Kathleen, Colleen, Beth, and Andrea are awesome instructors. They are the reason I keep coming back.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice facility with multiple pools, saunas, whirl pool, large workout area with machines and free weights. Lots of cardio equipment, two studios for yoga, aerobics etc. Small basketball court with a running track above it. Also has a kids area with counselors to watch over the little ones while you sweat!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m there every day with my beautiful wife. We love this gym, we’ve gotten more fit and for myself at 51, my wife at 44, we love working out because the energy of the staff and other members is always positive. We’ve been going there every day for over 5 plus years and been deemed a “power couple” by staff. Lol. I guess because we love slinging iron and rarely miss a day, it’s our lifestyle and how we love to start the day. We also never feared the “Rona” because of our fitness levels, so when we got the “Delta”, we got through it relatively easy and symptom free in less than a week. Never wore masks, never took the “jab”. (Wasn’t about to put a trial vax in me when rona had a 99.7% survival rate for us) I’m now deadlifting 550 lbs and my wife can do 5 clean pull ups (real ones, most men can’t do that) and she bench presses145 lbs, yes, I’m a blessed man! Drew (GM) runs a tight ship and why we love our hometown Y gym and highly recommend joining if you’re considering, you can’t go wrong. I’ve seen some reviews complaining about price, I ask you this, what’s your health worth? Pay now or pay later. Experiencia fantástica: Great people and staff, very friendly, kind and respectful to members. Very Clean Facility and Amenities are comparable to private high end clubs, better in so many ways, then the Williamson County Park and Recreation Facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: I really like my YMCA. It is very clean and always feels fresh. They are really on top of the COVID protocols. Parking is never an issue and it isn't overrun with unsupervised kids.

Over that time many of the staff members are still there, and all of the new ones are incredibly supportive, there are great instructors, and so many classes it’s hard to choose from them. I loved Franklin YMCA!

I also feel very safe knowing that the lifeguards there are the absolute best in the area and take their care seriously while being very friendly and fun with the members. A membership is like buying your way into a new family to help you grow your body and your faith.

Experiencia fantástica: I love all of the classes that I attend and the childcare is wonderful! I love how all of the ladies know my daughter's name when we walk in. Also, I love that there is no TV in the play area for the little ones. My daughter learns how to interact with other kids instead of being put in front of a screen. I know it can get really crazy in there sometimes but they really do a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Great to work out in the therapy pool if you have arthritis or you are doing physical therapy - 88 degrees. It is a great way to work out with water resistance. There are multiple classes in the morning during the week, so it will work in your schedule. The hot tub, sauna, and steam room are a real plus, too. I have made so many new friends at the Y that I would have never met. There are also many workout and yoga classes. Love it, work out 5 days per week. Check it out!!❤

Experiencia fantástica: The Franklin Family Y is a wonderful, welcoming place with a wide variety of people. Friendly faces greet you; other members make the trip to exercise fun and worth it. Even if you are not terribly social, being at the Y fills the soul as you take care of your health by exercising. We have made the best of friends there!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here is wonderful and eager to help. We have 3 kids, so we use the childcare. Our kids enjoy coming here, as do I. I have no hesitation about leaving my kids in the care of the capable staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is my safehaven and escape destination!! I am single mom to 3 kids, work 30 hours, and go to school online full time. The only thing I do for myself (and feel spoiled rotten doing it) is go to the Y for a great workout, steam, and dip in the hot tub, and always grab a peppermint hot tea on my way out! And for the times I have the kids with me my toddler goes to daycare, and LOVES it, and my two older kids go swimming, and LOVE it. I LOVE it too! Thank you YMCA.... now if we could get one in Spring Hill that would be an awesome bonus ♡♡♡♡
