This has been my gym for more than 5 years and it has enabled me to place (this year) at 2nd nationally and 18th world-wide in amateur Strongman (Masters class 40+). The price, the people, and the equipment have kept me going & made my 8 year training journey enjoyable and sustainable. If you are serious about fitness, this is where you belong.

Experiencia fantástica: The most amazing gym in Frankfort! There is a wide variety of expertise here and everyone is welcome. I find the price to be very affordable and love the fact that I can access it at all hours of the day as well. If you have been on the fence about joining a gym because you weren't sure about your level of knowledge or facing judgement, this truly is a phenomenal choice, where the owners and coaches go out of their way to educate and help you grow!

Experiencia fantástica: They have a wide variety of equipment and multiples of most things. If you can't find the right stuff for your work out here that's on you. The strong man/power lifting area is awesome. There is even a CrossFit box. This place has everything!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't work out but the place look clean and all the equipment to get in shape. I was there because FIT4LIFE hosted a America Red Cross blood drive. And hope they host another. But for people who love to work out at the gym this would be your place.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is huge! It has all the equipment you will need, whether you're looking to compete in Strongman or bodybuilding, or just stay in shape. It's pretty much the polar opposite to a Planet Fitness and I definitely recommend it!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym! The thing I love the most about this gym is the ungodly amount of space that you have! There are a lot of machines and so much space that rarely will I ever have to wait for somebody to get done using a machine before I can use it! The staff is extremely friendly, and Jennifer, the owner, was ever willing to explain to me anything I had questions on and has a very hospitable and friendly attitude! They have a good-sized strongman area too which is loaded with rubber plates and specialized equipment, great for doing deadlifts here! I will continue recommending this gym to my friends, the transparency and friendliness size of this gym make it the best gym I've been to!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm glad this place is here. Cheaper than the YMCA -- no pool, however -- very friendly place to work out. Awesome weight benches and weight machines! Range of ages work out here. Appears to be lots of options for the hard core Cross fit junkies, too.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could pack this gym up with my luggage every time I have to leave town. This is a stellar place to work out, and they have added so much recently, new classes, and a shake bar. Highly recommend working out here wether you live here or swinging through town.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place with an amazing service. The family behind this place are great, even their son who can catch working here sometimes. I would recommend this place to anyone. I never used them but they also have some of the best trainers that Frankfort has to offer. Check out the Davey Mcan classes, never went to one but I work with that guy and if you seen him, you would be able to tell he obviously knows what he is doing. Plus this place started to offer their very own shake bar for pre workouts, post workouts and during workout shakes that are amazing. It's called The 7 bar. They have odd hours but all in all this place holds great people and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable

Experiencia fantástica: Pretty great gym and quite unexpected to be in a place like Frankfort. The building has a ton of space dedicated to free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The whole other side of the building is a large open space for prowler sled pushing, sprint training, tire flipping, strongman classes, cheerleading training, and I believe it looks like they are creating a crossfit oriented area. I mean the place is huge! For those of you who are always curious about dumbbells, from what I've seen thus far, they go up to 150lbs. The staff seem great and eager to help with whatever questions you have. There are locker rooms with showers installed so that's definitely a nice touch. The gym offers a variety of classes for all experience levels and what's even better it has no contracts and has 24 hour access. I pay the flat rate of 25 dollars a month price which doesn't include any extra things, but for that price you're getting WAY more for your money than any other gym. I've been to gyms in Louisville and Lexington and this place takes the cake for me. Check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: The google pictures don't do this place much justice but this place has everything you need. The equipment is new. It is spacious. Friendly staff. Good price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
