Experiencia fantástica: Gym has been a great experience for my son. He has lost 26lbs since September without changing his diet. Although this gym does not specialize in special recreation ex; autism. The coaches have amazing patience and are encouraging and fun with firm discipline! Its been a great experience for my son who happens to be on the Autism spectrum. We have participated in other special recreation programs in the past but, Never has my son received such positive encouragement and acceptance from any other program. He continues to attend conditioning and MMA classes 6 days a week. He has never been stronger or happier.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been going for only 1 month and I have seen tremendous improvement already. His speed in running has increased abs when he came he could not even do a single push up with proper form. Now he can do 8 proper push up. He plays baseball and even the coach noticed over all a better performance out of him. This place is totally worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I totally agree that their change up in exercises on regular basis is impressive. My 11 yr. old daughter and 7 yr. old son, not only love to go (which I think is rare when you are getting your butt kicked with some serious workouts) but have received significant workouts, discipline, and have learned techniques. My daughter is a swimmer, and after a very short period of time of training, she made 4 Regional cuts, dropped time in all of her events, with her biggest of 11 seconds on her 200 Free. She says this place keeps her focus. My son plays football and baseball, and I'm satisfied with his improvement also for a little guy! They are not just another business place, the coaches are GREAT, they care and take interest in the improvement of the kiddos both professionally and personally.

Experiencia fantástica: Love how encouraging and motivating the coaches are! Matt loves going there. I'm impressed with the challenging workouts that are always changing. I'm excited this place is really motivating my son to get in shape!
