The classes are great, and everyone that works out here is super supportive. The real strength of Crossfit is the people you work out with, and I haven't been let down once. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Endemic is AWESOME! The staff is great! They are helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I love that they show you proper lifting technique prior to every WOD. The hours are perfect for stay at home parents, students, 8-5'ers, EVERYBODY! If you want to feel apart of a family in the gym THIS is the place to go! If you need motivation Crossfit Endemic is where it's at!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of five gyms and I've only truly felt at home at two of them. From day 1 the owners AND members made me and my wife feel welcome. As long as I live in the Springs, I think CFE will be my welcome punishment every morning. Also, I love that the programming is brutally hard. The programmers work hard to balance a variety of workouts across long periods of time. Although they've been among the hardest workouts I've done, the coaches ensure that they're only done in a safe way. Too many good things to say. The best thing you can do for yourself is go in for a free workout and see if it's a fit for you. Cheers!

Experiencia fantástica: This facility was very welcoming and catered to my crazy scheduled. I visit a lot of CrossFit's and this was my favorite in the area. I highly recommend that you try this place out if your looking for a good Workout with awesome coaches.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Crossfit Gym located in South Colorado Springs. It has small classes and the staff provides a great, friendly environment for anyone new to the scene without the posturing commonly found at larger gyms. You normally have two or more trainers to watch form and will work with less experienced members to perfect form and get the most of your time.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome coaches and great community!! Very convenient location right outside gate 20. My son loves their crossfit kids camps so it's a great place for the entire family to enjoy. Absolutely recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: The workouts are solid. I am unable to use the app because I lack the recommended equipment. I have other family members using CrossFit Endemic and they love it. If you cannot get ahold of them via phone, they are quick to respond to emails.

And I've been to several boxes in the area before, this gym definitely does all the right things and makes you feel welcomed. From the minute I dropped I'm to completing my test-out even thought I've been doing Crossfit on-off for the last 8years this place has everything you could want from a box. Upbeat and welcoming attitude mixed with tough but rewarding WODs. Seriously of you're looking for a new box to train whether 3days, 5days, competitive etc. You won't be disappointed!

The owner is so welcoming and the staff is AWESOME. Your body will be challenged everyday and you will feel as part of a team by everyone. Definitely the BEST in COS!!

Experiencia fantástica: I started at CrossFit Endemic to prepare for one of the Army Selection Courses, but I stayed for the coaches and community. The coaches here are extremely knowledgeable and have bring plenty of experience to each class. Their daily programming will you leave you in a puddle of your own sweat and tears, but you’ll know you gave your all. The community here is amazing. Whether you consistently attend a specific time each day, or show up randomly, there are always smiles and motivation (especially the 0500 crew, those people are crazy). There were several different events year round that brought everyone together (exception for this year due to COVID, but this gym handled that really well too). The owner is extremely invested in the community and it shows daily. I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone in the Springs area looking for solid coaching and a warm community.

Experiencia fantástica: They program workouts from hell, and I mean that in the best way possible. I have never worked out there more than 2 days in a row without being sore as heck by the second day. Very challenging workouts, phenomenal coaches, and a great environment to workout in!

Experiencia fantástica: I've tried several other CrossFit gyms in the area and this place BY FAR is the best! A member since 2016, I truly consider this place home. The coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, and personable. There is an enclosed area for the kiddos to relax and a child-friendly vibe (coming from a mom of two under five years old). So many flexible class options to accommodate every schedule and fitness goal. Come sweat with some great people, make a new friend, find your new CrossFit home. You WON'T be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a gym for every BODY...see what I did there? Cross Fit has some pretty intimidating stereotypes, but Cross Fit Endemic's coach's and members are super welcoming to any new face and they are your biggest cheerleaders. There is a modification for nearly EVERY exercise so don't be scared if you can't do push-ups, pull-ups, box jumps...or whatever your fear is. Just come in and try a workout...you'll be hooked.

Experiencia fantástica: Heater was fantastic at making a tourist feel at home in this box, and no conflict scheduling a drop-in workout! No tee shirts available in my size but hopefully I'll be back when they order more! Would definitely recommend, great coaching and advice for a noob like myself!
